Partial Interior Dry Rehabilitation. 3. Miscellaneous grinding, welding, and caulking. 4. New tank roof vent. 5. Remove/reinstall inlet/outlet insulation and jacket. 6. New overflow pipe screen. 7. New city lettering/logo painted on exterior of tank. 8. Repair concrete foundation mortar and grout. 9. New safety climb system to all tower ladders. 10. Remove existing cathodic protection equipment and fixtures. 11. New LED aviation lights and post. 12. New recirculation pump system. 13. New insulated shelter in tower cone base. 14. New tank drain “mud” valve.
