The work includes the construction of approximately: - Remove Pavement 4,350 SY - Excavation - Common (EV) 2,590 CY - Excavation - Muck (EV) & Stabilizing Aggregate (CV) 625 CY - Geotextile Fabric Type 9 6,000 SY - Aggregate Base, Class 5 (CV) 2,060 CY - Type SP 12.5 Wearing Mix (3,C) 1,100 TON - Concrete C&G (Drive-Over) 140 LF - Concrete Driveway 30 SY - Sediment Control Log 340 LF - Turf Restoration 3,100 SY - 12" Pipe Sewer 45 LF - Surface Inlet 1 EA - Sanitary MH Rehabilitation 1 EA - Sanitary Pipe Point Repair 3 EA - Rebuild/Adjust Storm Inlet 1 EA - Adjust Casting (Donut Cut) 1 EA Bituminous Street Reconstruction & Patching, Aggregate Surface Road Construction, and Construction Sanitary Sewer Repairs. Completion- The work will be substantially completed on or before October 15, 2025 ; Final Completion- November 15, 2025. Question Deadline 05/28/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing to the Issuing Office.
