Renovation of a stadium in City of Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The City of Wilkes-Barre will receive sealed bids for the renovation of the Toyota Sportsplex, located at 38 Coal Street, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702, which is generally comprised of interior improvements to replace plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures and general upgrades including all incidental work related thereto. The project will include separate prime contracts for the following trades: General Construction Electric / Lighting Facilities Plumbing Facilities - Replace lighting and plumbing fixtures, furnish upgrades to rink lighting, and general repairs. 6.9% goal for female participation and a 0.6% goal for minority participation Final completion- September 1, 2023.
