Renovation of a mixed-use development in City of Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Project: 693-18-103 Oncology Gas Zone Valves he scope of work shall generally consist of, but not necessarily be limited to, providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, permits, testing, and reports required to correct deficiencies related to the medical gas system at WBVAMC. All work shall be performed in accordance with VA Master Specifications. All federal, state, local code/regulations/ standards shall be followed. Magnitude of Construction: Between $100,000 and $250,000 NAICS Code: 236220; Small Business Size Standard: $39.5M This is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside acquisition. Award will be made to the responsive, responsible bidder whose bid, in conformance with this solicitation, results in the lowest price as deemed fair and equitable to the Government. his procurement is being processed in accordance with FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
