Renovation of a mixed-use development in City of Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Project 693-17-101 The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, permits, testing, and reports required to replace make tile wall repairs at the Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center. All work must be performed in accordance with (IAW) the attached Statements of Work, specifications, drawings, and all federal, state, and local codes and VA rules and regulations. The Contractor shall be responsible for the correct title classification of workers and compliance Magnitude of Construction: Between $250,000 and $500,000 This is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside acquisition. NAICS: 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction Size Standard: $39.5M All contractors must submit their bid in whole dollars only. Award will be made to the responsive, responsible bidder, whose bid, in conformance with the solicitation, results in the lowest price. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
