The County of Luzerne invites qualified Agencies and Individuals to submit bids to provide the following: Masonry Parapet Wall Restoration For The Luzerne County Correctional Facility Failure to follow these instructions may result in bid rejection. Bids may be received weekdays between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. only (excluding holidays).
