The City of Burnaby invites Tenders from experienced and qualified HVAC contractors to remove the existing oil furnace and associated materials and install a Heat Pump replacement to improve efficiency at this heritage home, the Baldwin House as further detailed herein. Documents can be obtained from https://burnaby.bidsandtenders.ca/ The Contractor is required to provide all necessary materials, supervision, labour, plant, tools, equipment, permits, insurance, overhead, transportation, and all the incidentals required to upgrade the mechanical system, including but not limited to works related to mechanical, electrical, controls, structural modifications, plumbing, roofing and flashing, balancing, commissioning, and all work as specified and indicated on drawings and specifications. Award is subject to final approval.
