The City of Martinez is seeking proposals to assist us with NEPA and environmental permitting services associated with the repairs and renovations to the Martinez Municipal Fishing Pier. The Pier is an iconic feature at our beautiful waterfront and provides year-round free fishing opportunities for the public. The Pier and surrounding parkland comprise a popular regional recreation area utilized by thousands of residents and visitors each year. Over the course of time, the Pier has experienced natural degradation and repairs are needed to restore it to make the entirety of the pier operable again.
