Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Rosthern, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the construction of a 8,671-square-foot, two-story above grade clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.

The work is for the design and construction of a new Club House at the Rosthern Valley Regional Park and includes the following components: Engineered design for new club house building. Removal and relocation of golf cart storage pad. Removal and relocation of Pro Shop building. Demolition of the club house building and decommissioning of existing water well. Relocation of service road. Construction of new club house building. Landscaping.
