Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a detention facility.

The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled Pecos Bonanza DJJS Detention Units E6-E8 - Full Plumbing Replacement and is located at 651 N. Pecos Rd. Las Vegas , Nevada 89101. The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 01, 02, 03, 08, 09 and 22 of the Project Manual. The Work consists of the construction of the removal and replacement of Drain Waste Vent/Water piping and associated plumbing fixtures withing DJJS units E6, E7, and E8. Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the Division 01 General Requirements, Division 02 Existing Conditions, Division 03 Concrete, Division 08, Openings, Division 09 Finishes and Division 22 - Plumbing and the following using materials noted on Drawings and Specifications: Units E6 Demolition: Removal of all domestic water and sewer piping and vent lines; (4) shower room fixtures and (1) employee restrooms with associated fixtures. Includes sawcutting and hydro excavation for underground plumbing lines up to 10' from building, haul away and disposal. Unit E6 Building Construction: Installation of new domestic water piping and sanitary sewer lines, vent piping valves, plumbing fixtures and all associated hardware; back fill and concrete repairs; patching and painted at CMU walls and soffit area. Includes escalation and phasing. Unit E7 Demolition: Removal of all domestic water and sewer piping and vent lines; (4) shower room fixtures and (1) employee restrooms with associated fixtures.
