Notice is hereby given that the City of Spokane Valley, Spokane County, Washington will accept sealed bids for the Local Access Streets - Summerfield Neighborhood Project. The project includes ADA ramp upgrades; asphalt removal; subgrade preparation; CSTC; HMA paving; and other related work, all in accordance with the Contract Provisions and Plans. Failure to furnish a bid bond in compliance with the City""'s bid deposit surety bond form shall make the bid non-responsive and cause the bid to be rejected.
