New construction of an educational facility in Wilkesboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 27,625-square-foot educational facility.
**Per Addendum 1 the bid date has been extended from 05/30/23 to 05/31/23** The project base bid consists of a 27,625 sq. ft. competition gymnasium with locker rooms, concessions and group toilets. Construction will be poured in place concrete floor slab, metal studs and brick exterior walls, CMU corridors, metal roof trusses and metal roofing. Exterior materials include brick veneer, exterior stucco, metal window frames and doors, mechanically fastened membrane roof and raised seam metal roof. Interior materials include wood athletic flooring, resilient athletic flooring, VCT floor tiles, ceramic tile in toilet areas, telescoping bleachers, painted gypsum walls and acoustical lay-in ceilings.
