Demolition, site work, paving, new construction and renovation of a multi-residential development in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the demolition of a multi-residential development; for the construction of a multi-residential development; for the renovation of a multi-residential development; for site work for a multi-residential development; and for paving for a multi-residential development.
**As of August 4, 2023 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The "project" of which the "work" of the contract is a part titled " DFS, 2900 NORTH TORREY PINES - TENANT IMPROVEMENTS" and is located at 2900 North Torrey Pines Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89108. The "work" is described in the project drawings prepared by IZ design studio and divisions 1 through 48 of the project manual. The Work consists of the interior remodel of approximately 8,200 square feet within the existing occupied building including areas on the roof as required for new rooftop mechanical work. The work also includes the enclosure of existing exterior walkways to create interior hallways. Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the Division 01 General Requirements and the following using materials noted on Drawings and Specifications: Existing conditions - selective demolition of existing improvements as required for new construction, including but not limited to the demolition of existing partitions, door and frame, exterior wall, windows, ceilings, millwork, stucco from wall, flooring, floor finishes, CMU wall to form door opening, washroom partitions, ACT ceilings, drywall ceilings, stucco soffit, arch framing and plywood, portion of roof overhang, form opening in exterior wall, plumbing fixtures, concrete slabs, sewer, and water lines. Demolish and re-pour concrete slab for plumbing alterations, CMU wall infill, Operable wall beam support, Roof framing to new area of roof including finish, rough carpentry, washroom vanity, caulking and sealants, windows, exterior doors, roof access hatch and safety rail, operable wall, interior doors; metal frame, aluminum door w/glazed window, aluminum frame, doors, frame, and hardware for operable closet, EIFS over CMU wall, Infill door opening and match finishes, paint exterior doors and frames, partitions, paint interior doors and frames, Paint walls, wall tile, carpet, floor tile, sealed concrete, rubber base, tile base, drywall, paint drywall, patch and paint existing ceilings, toilet partitions ADA and standard, roof access ladder, plumbing fixtures, plumbing rough in, connection to mains, remove washroom fixtures, pipe in walls, and cap pipe at mains, New tile roof to match existing. New roof openings, curbs, and associated roofing and waterproofing for rooftop mechanical units, supply and install new rooftop mechanical units and all associated ductwork and controls, including redistribution and balancing of existing systems and modifications to ductwork, new diffusers and relocation of existing thermostats. New restroom exhaust systems. Plumbing -- new connections, toilets and sinks within restrooms, new connections and plumbing fixtures for breakroom including sink and connections for refrigerator, electrical distribution equipment including transformers and panels, lighting, electrical outlets and/or data outlets for computers, equipment and appliances.
