The City of Attleboro is requesting sealed bids for the Supply & Delivery of 1. Dense graded crushed stone for sub-base 2. Crused stone For Crushed Stone the Contract will be awarded to "the lowest responsible and eligible bidder" For Dense Graded Crushed Stone the Contract will be awarded to "the lowest responsible and eligible bidder" Contract term July 1, 2023 thru June 30, 2024 with the option to renew for two additional one year terms. Contract may be awarded individually up to two vendors, 1) crushed stone, 2) dense graded crushed stone The owner (City of Attleboro) reserves the right to award one contract to the bidder offering the lowest aggregate price for all items, or award a contract to each bidder offering the lowest price. The City reserves the right to reject any bid or portion of a bid, to waive any informalities in a bid and to award contract by items or by total to the responsive and responsible bidder who offers the lowest price as shall be deemed in the best interest of the City.
