HVAC Renovations and Replacements - Toledo Area Campus The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Replacement of the College Hall packaged chiller and related work. The chiller and remote evaporator are Owner provided. 2. Replacement of the Transportation Technologies building packaged rooftop units RTU-2 and RTU-3 and related work. The packaged rooftop units including adapter curbs are Owner provided. 3. Replacement of the Law Enforcement building packaged chill and related work. All equipment provided by the Contractor. 4. Replacement of the College Hall packaged rooftop unit RTU-10 and related work. All equipment provided by the Contractor. 5. Replacement of the Math Sciences Building packaged chiller and related work. All equipment provided by the Contractor.
