Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Chesterbrook, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The project consist of removing 1 1/2 " of old court surface and walking path, replacing with 1 1/2 " new blacktop. Base repair will be evaluated during milling operations. The court measures 115' x 140', walking path 10' x 210' approximately 2,021 total square yards and will require approximately 122 tons of blacktop and a unit price for Type 1 base repair. Each bid submitted must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid. Bonds are issued by surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Bids will be reviewed and awarded at the regularly scheduled Board of Supervisors meeting on June 20, 2023. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part of any bid. Clarification Deadline: 5/31/2023 10:00 AM Employers Liability Insurance with limits no less than $1,000,000.00 per accident or employee disease.
