Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Chesterbrook, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
Glenhardie Road Bridge Replacement Project The project consists of but is not limited to the removal and replacement of the existing stone arch bridge over Trout Creek, and work includes, excavation, concrete foundations, precast reinforced concrete culvert/bridge, concrete curbing, stone rip-rap stream protection, milling and paving, line striping and signage, as well as erosion and sediment controls, debris/tree removal, silt sock, stream bypass, grading/seeding, tree/shrub replanting and restoration. Questions must be submitted via Online by Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at 1:00 PM. All proposals (bids) are to be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the total bid. The Township reserves the right to waive any minor informalities, irregularities or defects in the bid; or to reject any or all of the bids, or any parts of any bids. All Bidders are required to establish proof of competency and responsibility, in accordance with 67 PA Code Chapter 457, Regulations Governing Pre-qualification of Prospective Bidders.
