Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Chesterbrook, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Tredyffrin Township will receive bids from qualified contractors for the Valley Forge Road (Green Light-Go) ADA Signals Improvement Project. The project consists of but is not limited to the installation and upgrade of pedestrian detection equipment, traffic signal/pedestrian timing modifications, concrete ADA ramps, sidewalk, curbing, pavement markings, signage, grading/seeding and restoration Questions Due Date: August 30, 2024, at 11:00 AM. All proposals (bids) are to be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the total bid. The Township reserves the right to waive any minor informalities, irregularities or defects in the bid; or to reject any or all of the bids, or any parts of any bids. All Bidders are required to establish proof of competency and responsibility, in accordance with 67 PA Code Chapter 457, Regulations Governing Pre-qualification of Prospective Bidders.
