The project consists of constructing, supplying, and installing 96,284 SY Milling, 4,816 SY Type 1 Base repair, 580 tons leveling course and 8,940 Tons of 9.5 MM Superpave and a Unit price for Type 2 Base Repair. All pavement markings: including and not limited to, double yellow line, stop bars, crosswalks, turn lanes, school zones and all markings associated with intersections per online specifications. All quantities are approximate and for informational purposes. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of Tredyffrin Township, or a Bid Bond in favor of Tredyffrin Township, in the amount of 10 % of the bid price. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. This project will require a performance bond of 100%. Bidders are advised that prevailing minimum wage rates, promulgated by the Pennsylvania Secretary of Labor, must be paid to workmen employed on this project. A Pre-bid Conference will be held at the date, time and location indicated in Section "A" of the Invitation to Bidders provided on online.
