The City of Topeka is seeking bids for the 2023 Citywide 50/50 Sidewalk Program. The program is a shared expense program between the City and property owners. It includes constructing new sidewalks, ramps, curb and gutter, and pavement at various locations throughout the City. It is the City's intent to establish firm fixed pricing agreements with multiple qualified contractors to provide services that can be utilized by the City of Topeka Public Works Engineering Division.
