Project includes removal and replacement of 4,300 linear feet of full-width residential street pavement, sidewalks, driveways, barrier free ramps, and 4,000 linear feet of water line along the following streets: Kingston Drive (Peachtree Lane to Duchess Trail) (2,000 LF), Duchess Trail (Kingston Drive to Royal Oaks Drive) (310 LF), Lorraine Drive (P Avenue to End of cul-de-sac) (430 LF), Willow Lane (18th Street to R Avenue) (1,570 LF). The location of this project is along Kingston Drive, Duchess Trail, Lorraine Drive, and Willow Lane in the City of Plano, Texas. A location map is included in the plans. The amount for liquidated damages is anticipated to be $1,000.00 for each day work remains incomplete after the time specified. This project must reach TOTAL completion within 270 calendar days from the notice to proceed. See Section 2.4, Special Conditions, for further details. Bids/Proposals will be opened on Thursday, September 21, 2023 at 2 p.m. CT. The reading will take place at City Hall, in Council Chambers. Tabulations for these solicitations should be available on Ion Wave within 48 hours of the opening. In some cases, they may be available earlier. We ask that you limit exposure by viewing tabulations electronically through Ion Wave, rather than attending at City Hall.
