Question Deadline 05/12/2023 at 11:00 AM CT CDBG Wilmer Adams Street Water Main Improvements, from Miller Ferry Road to Dewberry Street. Project includes: replacement of existing water lines with 60 l.f. of 6-in., 1,780 l.f. of 8-in., and 60 l.f. 12-in. dia. PVC DR-18 Class 200 water main pipe and appurtenances including 3 fire hydrants and 16 Bullhead Tee 1-in. (8 Long and 8 Short) and 1 Long 1-in. residential water services with meter boxes all along Adams Street, from Miller Ferry Road to Dewberry Street. Approximately 33 residents shall be served in them City of Wilmer, County of Dallas, Texas, and in District No. 3. Includes 160 l.f. 16-in. dia. bore with 16-in. thick steel encasement pipe under Union Pacific Rail Road (U.P.R.R.) and Miller Ferry Road Right-Of-Ways. City is acquiring the U.P.R.R. Utility Bore Permit. Removal and replacement of the existing paving to construct the water mains - concrete apron, curb and gutter, driveways, and sidewalk, and asphalt including Cement Treated Base material is required. There are 100 Working Days per standard workweek allocated for this project DBE (7%), SBE (40%)
