Renovation of a mixed-use development in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Plans call for Data Science Academy Room 2144 & DH Hill Library East Wing 047 Renovation. Remove existing carpeting, remove interior walls and ceiling grid and some existing lighting, provide new walls, new interior storefront, new lighting and reuse existing lighting, new HVAC distribution to accommodate new plan. Provide new data and new electrical to support plan, adjust/modify sprinkler system. Addendum #1-#4 have been issued as of 6-2-2023. Notes from bidder C.T. Wilson: Pre the pre-bid walk thru last week: Owner is to provide al DIRITT wall systems, including demountable partition. Owner is to provide all carpet (demo/install/floor prep) Owner is to provide all signage.
