Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Levittown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

A. Work includes but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1. On Lower (vestibule) roof (Area G), remove all loose gravel and debris by brooming or vacuuming. Prep existing B.U.R. surface to receive new insulation. Tear-off and remove EPDM on Upper roof (Area A) only as directed by Consultant. Tear-off (spot locations) and replace existing insulation in kind only as directed by Consultant (Alt. No.1). 2. Mechanically attach new .25'Densdeck insulation over entire designated Upper Area A and Lower Area G areas. 3. Mechanically attach new Fibertite SM membrane over new insulation over entire designated roof Area A and G. 4. On Area A and G remove all existing flashings and fully adhere new elvaloy flashings. 5. Fabricate new pre-cladded elvaloy metal scuppers (Upper Area A). Install new downspouts to match existing. 6. Fabricate new-pre-cladded metal pitch pockets. 7. Provide new edge metal on Area A and G where gravel stop is extant. 8. Remove existing copings on Area G and provide new copings in kind -after installation of new shingles. 9. Tear-off existing (Mansard Area B -F) shingles down to deck. Replace with new GAF 30 year dimensional shingles. Install new gutter and downspouts to match existing. The County of Bucks reserves the right to accept and award an Agreement to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof. The County reserves the right to award an Agreement based on evaluation of specific criteria found in these specifications. All questions must be submitted by noon seven calendar days prior to the due date; the questions will be answered by 5:00 pm five calendar days prior to the due date
