A Contract Performance Surety Bond and a Contract Payment Surety Bond, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price, will be required ofthe successful Bidder. This Contract is subject to all applicable Federal Laws. This contract is subject to compliance with the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise program requirements as set forth by the Maine Department ofTransportation. Includes work on College Avenue, Bennoch Road, Old Mill Road & Michael Street. Outline ofWork: Highway Reconstruction and other incidental work.
