Remodeling and renovation of a municipal facility in Springfield, Illinois. Completed plans call for the expansion of a municipal facility.
Generally, the work includes installation of drywall, finish & paint and new LED light fixtures at the existing 2nd & 3rd floor levels also includes repairs and upgrades of the existing passenger elevator. Bids shall include: 1. Properly completed Proposal Form in duplicate. 2. Bid Deposit in the amount of 10% of Bid. 3. Not less than the prevailing wage rate as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor pursuant to Illinois Revised Statutes, Ch. 489, Sec. 39s-1 et. seq.
