As of September 28, 2023, this project is in design. A design team has been selected; however, a general contractor selection timeline has not been determined. Although a firm timeline cannot currently be established, construction is not expected to commence prior to second quarter 2024. The A/E team and dedicated project managers of the Architectural, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Engineering disciplines shall show dedicated and diverse experience with Construction Manager at Risk project delivery, phased project scopes, new utility installation while preserving existing utilities, and designs of integrated solutions to avoid conflict and disruption to building occupants and existing services; while being cost efficient in their design solutions to achieve this goal.
