Saving Project...

Renovation of a municipal facility in Waupun, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

**As of June 8, 2023, this project has been awarded to Security Luebke Roofing in the amount of $150,710.45. Remove existing shingles, felt, shingle tins (as needed), and pipe flashings. All shingle fasteners (nails/staples) must be removed. Dispose of resulting debris in a legal manner. Replace damaged 5/8” CDX plywood with clips, if any, at an added cost per SF. Install ice and weather shield WinterGuard or equal) on entire roof in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications. Install new Aluminum perimeter metal drip edge, and shingle tins as needed. Install 40 year Architectural shingles (CertainTeed Landmark Pro or equal) in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications. Install system related ridge capping (Shingle Vent 2 or equal). Install new flexible pipe boots. Replace damaged fascia, if any, at an added cost per LF. Replace deteriorated 1 x 8 wood face board, if any, at an added cost per LF. Install approximately 338’ of 6” gutters. Removal and disposal of existing gutters. Install approximately 170’ 3” x 4” and 30’ 4” x 5” downspouts. Removal and disposal of existing downspouts. Roof must be watertight at the end of each workday. Furnish contractors 20 year guarantee for leaks and workmanship. Furnish manufacture’s 40 year limited warranty.
