The DEADLINE to submit a complete BID with all supporting documents is May 18, 2023, 3:00 P.M. MST. During the Covid-19 situation all bids must be submitted via the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (RMEPS) at www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure that electronic offers are submitted prior to the closing time. Electronic offers shall be uploaded as a single PDF file. Any expenditure of funds made by a party in the preparation and submission of a bid in response to this IFB shall not be reimbursed by Garfield County. No obligation of any kind is made by Garfield County in issuing this IFB.
