Reference Number 0000314736 This project involves public notification, traffic control, preparation and installation High Density Mineral Bond on 50,043 SY of Streets in two neighborhoods of Rifle. It will be the responsibility of the contractor to coordinate and schedule public notifications necessary to perform the work. Lay down space is available at the City of Rifle O&M Shop (1221 E Centennial Parkway. Rifle, CO 81650.) to use during the operation. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any Bid if the Evidence Submitted by, or Investigation of, Such Bidder Fails to Satisfy the Owner That Such Bidder is Properly Qualified to Carry Out the Obligations of the Contract and to Complete the Work Contemplated Therein. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of bid price is required, and a Performance and a Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of bid, will be required. Bid Award will be the May 3, 2023 Council Meeting. Time of Commencement of the Work is anticipated to be no later than June 2023, with completion by October 2, 2020.
