Site work for a water / sewer project in North Miami, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Velda Farms Force main Improvements (SEWR2005). Work is comprised of installation of approximately 512 LF of 6-inch sanitary force main (as shown in the plans) comprised of approximately 332 LF of 6-inch HDPE pipe, 156 LF of 6-inch HDPE within 12” Steel Casing installed by means of Jack & Bore, 24 LF of 6” DIP, service connections, site/roadway restoration, and all other related work. It will be the sole responsibility of the bidder to be familiar with the scope of the City’s requirements and systems prior to submitting a bid. Question & Answer End Date: Jun 21, 2023 2:00:00 PM EDT A certified check, cashier's check, bank officer's check or bid bond for FIVE percent (5%) of the bid amount, made payable to the City North Miami Beach, Florida, shall accompany each proposal. Within ten (10) days of the award of contract, the Proposer shall provide the following surety bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, and issued by a properly licensed surety company, listed in the current issue of the Federal Register published by the Department of the Treasury, acceptable to the City of North Miami Beach. The City of North Miami Beach reserves the right to waive any informality in any or all bids and to reject any or all bids.
