Spencer-East Brookfield Regional School District Request for Qualifications Sub-Contractor Prequalification David Prouty High School Add/Reno Project The Spencer-East Brookfield Regional School District is soliciting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and invites qualified and experienced Sub-Contractors to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to prequalify for the construction of the David Prouty High School Add/Reno project. Project Description: A +-126,823 David Prouty High School Add/Reno Project located at 302 Main Street, Spencer, MA 01562. Construction is anticipated to begin with some early release packages in June 2023 with a project duration of 42 months. This is a CM at Risk Project under MGL Ch. 149A. The RFQ contains specific criteria for trade contractor prequalification and selection. No drawings are being distributed or bids solicited with this request. Interested firms must submit a SOQ by the deadline noted and be prequalified if they are interested in later bidding on this project. Only the prequalified firms will be invited to submit bids for the category of work in which they were prequalified. Further details are in the RFQ. The Spencer-East Brookfield Regional School District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, and to waive any informalities in the proposals received, if it is deemed in the best interest of the District to do so
