Site work and paving for a road / highway in Winamac, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Project consists of milling, resurfacing, concrete work, excavation, and related items on Franklin Street, Huron Street, Logan Street, Monticello Street, Riverside Drive, Washington Street, West Street, and Market Street within the Town of Winamac, IN. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: AME Consulting, 1710 Monroe Street, La Porte, IN 46350. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office by appointment Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00am - 4:00pm and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bidders must obtain their Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office to be included on the plan holders list; failure to do so may be considered non-responsive. Questions can be submitted to Paul@TheAMEconsulting.com until 5:00 pm on Thursday May 11th The Work will be substantially completed on or before October 1, 2023; Final completion- on or before October 15, 2023.
