One (1) 12/16/20 MVA @55 C rise, 13.44/17.92/22.4 MVA @65 C rise ONAN/ONAF/ONAF, power transformer, dual rated high side 69 Y/39.84 kV x 115 Y/66.4 kV to 13.8 Y/7.97 kV with LTC and accessories. The equipment shall be in accordance with the specifications and proposed form of contract now on file at the City of Madison, by this reference made a part hereof, as though fully set out and incorporated herein: Furnishing 69 x 115 / 13.8 kV Power Transformer - Green Substation. Materials shall be supplied as specified herein, and shall be in accordance with the applicable NEMA, ANSI, IEEE, IPCEA, ASTM Standards, NEC, and the Standards of the Underwriters Laboratory. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to defer acceptance of any bid for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days after the date bids are received and no bid may be withdrawn during this period. The Board also reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City.
