Blue Heron Run Roadway Rehabilitation (MAINT-2023-0001) Project generally includes 1,994 square yards of mill & hot-mix asphaltic concrete pavement overlay, and 206 square yards of hot-mix asphaltic concrete pavement repairs. The successful Bidder must furnish a performance bond and payment bond on the forms provided, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount, from a surety company holding a permit from the State of Texas to act as surety. Bids must be submitted on City of Wimberley bid forms and must be accompanied by an acceptable bid security in the form of a cashier's check or bid bond, payable to the City of Wimberley, Texas, equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and any nonconforming Bid and to award the Contract in a period of time not exceeding 60 days from the Bid opening date. Bids shall remain firm for that period.
