Site work and renovation of a civil project in Morrison, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Furnish and install approximately 1,300 linear feet of sewer force main, sewer pump station, and related appurtenances. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of opening thereof. Each Contractor Choosing to Bid Must Obtain Bid Documents From the Office of James C. Hailey & Company via a Non-refundable Payment of $50.00. Payments Must Be Received Before Bid Documents Are Issued, Bid Documents Are Non-transferrable. Any Bid Submitted on Documents Not Properly Obtained by a General Contractor and Not on Our Bidders List Shall Not Be Accepted This project is funded under a grant contract with the State of Tennessee and the Appalachian Regional Commission.
