This Request for Tenders (the RFT) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of York (the Region) to prospective bidders to submit bids for construction of the Highway 404 Mid-Block Crossing north of 16th Avenue from Leslie Street (Y.R. 12) to Woodbine Avenue (Y.R. 08) in the Cities of Richmond Hill and Markham, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix A) (the Deliverables).
