Site work for a water / sewer project in Markham, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Markham is inviting Bids from qualified contractors to undertake trenchless rehabilitation of sanitary sewers and laterals at various locations in 2023. Bidders shall refer to the contract maps for the locations. Based on the closed-circuit television (CCTV) inspection for sanitary sewer pipes, it was determined that sanitary sewer pipes and laterals at various locations require repairs / rehabilitation by CIPP full lining, spot lining, grouting and cleaning trenchless method. Sanitary sewer and lateral repair details and locations are identified in the "Attachment B - Sanitary Sewer and Lateral Repairs Priority List". It is contractor's responsibility to inspect the sewers to confirm the exact location, severity, and required repair of each defect.
