Site work and new construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Brockville, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 65,685-square-foot, four-story above grade, 96-bed elderly care / assisted living facility.
Construction of a new wing for Sherwood Park Manor (SPM); a long-term care owner and operator. The new four-storey wing, of approximately 6,082m2, will accommodate 96 new long-term care beds (Beds); a new commercial kitchen; and a new plant facility (the Project). The Project, which will also include new site services and landscaping, will be constructed on vacant land at SPMs existing site located at 1814 County Road 2 East, Brockville, Ontario. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Proponents' Deadline for Questions June 28, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. EST *Construction Manager has been secured; award amount was not released for publication.
