Construction of a new wing for Sherwood Park Manor (SPM); a long-term care owner and operator. The new four-storey wing, of approximately 6,082m2, will accommodate 96 new long-term care beds (Beds); a new commercial kitchen; and a new plant facility (the Project). The Project, which will also include new site services and landscaping, will be constructed on vacant land at SPMs existing site located at 1814 County Road 2 East, Brockville, Ontario.
