Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Fordham Boulevard (US 15-501) Sidepath-Consists of constructing a 10-foot sidepath along Fordham Boulevard (US 15-501) from Ridgefield Road to Willow Drive (approximately 1,800 linear feet) and to upgrade the existing sidepath from Cleland Drive to Ridgefield Road (approximately 1,700 linear feet). The construction will involve clearing and grubbing, grading, concrete paving, drainage, erosion control, curb and gutter installation, signing, striping, and streambank stabilization. The Town of Chapel Hill reserves the right to waive any informality, to reject any and all bids, and to award a contract which, in its judgement, is the best interest of the Town of Chapel Hill NC DOT - Fordham Boulevard (US 15-501) Sidepath All requests for interpretations related to this RFB must be submitted in writing to the Project Manager, Mr. Bill Webster at bwebster@townofchapelhill.org by 5:00 PM on May 25, 2026.
