Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
This Project generally includes upgrades at the Taylor Run and Fern Hill Pump Stations. The scope of work generally includes, but is not limited to, partial demolition of the existing pump station structures; replacement of two (2) new dry-pit submersible series pumps at Taylor Run PS only; replacement of the discharge force main piping; replacement of the existing onsite emergency power equipment; installation of the force main isolation valve and bypass appurtenances; associated general building upgrades including plumbing and hvac; associated site work and restoration; installation of E&S controls; related mechanical work; and associated work identified in the Contract Documents. This Project generally includes the replacement of the electrical components at Taylor Run and Fern Hill Pump Stations. The scope of work generally includes, but is not limited to, installation of the buried and exposed conduit and wiring, emergency generator, control panels and systems, and the electrical power and distribution work; and associated work identified in the Contract Documents. Separate Bids will be received for Contract No. TRFH-1 - General Construction and Contract No. TRFH-2 - Electrical Construction. Bids shall be on a lump sum for all contracts.
