Site work, new construction and renovation of a power facility in Traverse City, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a power facility; for site work for a power facility; and for the renovation of a power facility.
An interior renovation to an existing first floor tenant space for a new Customer Service Center which will include and service desks for up to 3 representatives, an IT work & rack area, an office, kitchenette/break area, and customer lobby. The project will include partial demolition of previous tenant construction with the exception of the existing utility closet and toilet room. There will be new casework, finishes and painting, lighting, power, and mechanical ductwork updates will be made to renovated area as well. Exterior work will be limited to replacement of existing exterior doors and exterior lighting as required by code. The Project Scope include but is not limited to: Interior renovation in existing tenant space including selective demolition of existing, verification of existing, modification to existing, and new construction work. Electrical work: Demolition of existing lighting/power, new lighting/power, coordination of power & requirements for security and information technology with Owner Mechanical work: Demolition of existing mechanical system/components, Modification of existing distribution components, and installation of new distribution components Plumbing work: Demolition and modification of existing plumbing, and installation of new fixtures and piping Construction period to begin immediately upon board approval on November 14th with Substantial Completion on March 15th, 2024 TCLP reserves the right to accept any or all bids in whole or in part and to waive irregularities in any bid in the best interest of TCLP.
