This project is for procurement of Forescout Products and Services for Water and Wastewater Services, Information Technology Division and various other Broward County agencies. Vendor must be a Forescout Technologies, Inc. Authorized Reseller of Forescout products and services for Carahsoft GSA Contract No. 47QSWA18D008F. Proof of certification should be returned with the Vendor's submittal. If not provided with submittal, the Vendor must submit within three (3) business days of County's request. Vendor may be deemed non-responsive for failure to fully comply within stated timeframes. Award of this contract will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder by total price based upon minimum discount proposed by vendor. The County provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through Periscope by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The County will respond to all questions via Periscope. It is the Vendor's sole responsibility to ensure its response is submitted and received through Periscope by the date and time specified in the solicitation. The County will not consider solicitation responses received by other means. Vendors are encouraged to submit their responses in advance of the due date and time specified in the solicitation document. In the event that the Vendor is having difficulty submitting the solicitation document through Periscope, immediately notify the Purchasing Agent and then contact Periscope for technical assistance.
