Location Kent County, Delaware Project Name Request for Proposals For Professional Services Agency Name Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) The Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) is soliciting detailed proposals from qualified professional firms experienced in providing certain services relevant to DSHA s United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Public Housing Program(s). Specifically, DSHA is seeking a firm that can provide end-to-end project management, oversight, and accountability for DSHA s wait list office management. The firm must be able to ensure compliance with the federal requirements set by HUD and other applicable state, local, and agency requirements, and priorities. The Request for Proposals (RFP) is available on DSHA s website and the State of Delaware Bid Solicitation Directory The deadline for proposals Proposals will be evaluated based on experience, capacity to perform the scope of services, approach to and understanding of the scope of services, and cost. The selection of a proposal will be made on or about June 23, 2023. All qualified persons, firms and proposers will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religious creed, ancestry, national origin, age, disability or sex.
