Renovation of a water / sewer project in Tahoe City, California. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The work to be performed for this project consists of all labor, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to construct additional emergency sewage storage at Waters Edge sewer pump station. The emergency sewage storage work will include installation of one 15,000 gallon fiberglass tank below grade and connected directly to a sewer manhole adjacent to the sewer pump stations wet well. Bids must be made on the official Bid Proposal Form furnished with the contract documents. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond consisting of certified check, cashiers check, or satisfactory corporate surety bid bond for not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid amount and made payable to Tahoe City Public Utility District. Each sealed envelope containing a Bid must be plainly marked on the outside as Bid for Tahoe City Public Utility District, (Project Name), and the envelope should bear on the outside, the name, address and contractor's license number of the Bidder.
