Site work and paving for a road / highway in Goshen, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The bid project listed below is to be considered as one single project and bid as such. The qualified Bidder shall be responsible for measurements of distance and the widths required for estimating the job in an accurate manner, for reference only the road is approximately 1.5 miles in length and 20 ft. in width. Work will consist of furnishing all services, traffic control, signage, labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform all work in a quality professional manner. Work description required shall include but not be limited to any needed sweeping, grinding of joints to match surfaces, finish driveway approaches to match new surface (up to 3 ft. in length maximum), applying tack coat material and the application of 1.5 of 404 asphalt material. The project awarded must be scheduled for completion prior to September 29th2023. Goshen Township Project Location: A: University Drive, Goshen Township #312. University Drive shall be resurfaced from the beginning of Goshen Township near the Buckeye Career Center complete to the intersection of Ridge Road (Goshen Township #306). The accepted bidder will be required to provide proof of liability insurance, Hold Harmless Agreement and required to sign a contract with Goshen Township for the project awarded
