In general, the work consists of milling and paving approximately 2.15km of Route 280 from the intersection of Splude Road to the intersection of LeBlanc Road in the Village of Bois-Joli (Formerly Eel River Dundee). Tender documents may be obtained only at the office of Boissonnault McGraw, 334 Dover Street, Campbellton, NB E3N 3M6, Tel.: (506) 789-1225 upon depositing the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) HST included, per tender set in the form of a CERTIFIED CHEQUE or CASH payable to Cost of tendering documents is non-refundable. Bid documents will be on display at the offices of Boissonnault McGraw, Village of Bois-Joli (Balmoral sector) and at the Construction Association Offices of Moncton, Fredericton and Saint-John. Only Bidders who have obtained the Tender Documents directly from shall be eligible to submit a tender for this project. Tenders must be accompanied by the required amount of Security Deposit in the form of Surety (Bid) Bond in the amount of ten per cent (10%) (H.S.T. included). Surety (Bid Bond) shall be made payable to the Village of Bois-Joli. There shall be no pre-tender meetings.
