As of June 15, 2023, project was awarded to Russell Standard Corporation, awarded amount is $58,731.44. Furnish and place approximately 5,263 SY Asphalt Seal Coat; 6,956 SY Asphalt Seal Coat, Double Application and 12,219 SY Asphalt Fog Seal. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of workers compensation insurance, will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality.
