The project includes constructing a trail extension from the Piney Creek Regional Trail in the NW corner of the intersection up to the adjacent sidewalk along the west side of Liverpool then to the intersection. The project also includes updating curb ramps at the NW, SW, and SE curb returns and providing pedestrian signals at each corner of the intersection. Work not specifically called for, but which must be accomplished to construct the improvements required under this contract, shall be considered as a part of this contract, whether or not specifically detailed.
